The club was formed in 2006, having previously been part of falmouth model boat club.. sailing takes place on sundays between 10am and 3pm, and we usually manage to fit in about ten races.. Am i the only person in cornwall that can't find anywhere to sail my boats? last year i joined a boat club so i could get access to the reservoir they use only to get kicked off because my scale (battery powered) boats frightened the fish!!. Local mp sheryll murray was amazed at the variety of model boats from right across devon and cornwall on display in looe on sunday at their looe model boat club open day..
